Candy Limehouse-Clow has lived all over the Carolinas, but she’s chosen to call Columbia home since 1996. After growing up in Beaufort and Columbia, Candy went to Winthrop and graduated with a degree in Business and Marketing. She got her Real Estate License in 1990 in
North Carolina and has been involved in some aspect of the business ever since. She worked at Central Carolina Bank where she wrote construction loans for real estate developers and builders. Candy then worked as a paralegal and handled all real estate transactions for two large South Carolina law firms.
Candy finally found her calling as a real estate agent after seeing all the different angles of the business through her previous careers. In her first year as an agent she joined the Circle of Excellence and has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since.

Having dabbled in the real estate investment market for a few years, I have dealt with a number of different realtors. If I could have one for all of my transactions, it would be Candy. She continuously has gone above and beyond the call of duty. She simply will out-work anyone else. I owned a few rental properties in Columbia that I needed to sell because I had relocated to Atlanta.
Candy sold these properties without me setting foot in Columbia. One of these properties in particular had extensive water damage that required repairs. She took care of it as if it was her property. My girlfriend (and future wife) and I contacted Candy about buying a house. She was referred to us from a good friend she had helped a few months ago. We met and we told Candy what we were looking for, the areas of town we wanted, and the price range we wanted. She rapidly sent us a list of possbilities and a few days later she drove us around town looking. We came across a house we loved and put an offer in a day later.
