Anne Bagnal

Anne Bagnal is a Columbia native with vast experience in the real estate field. Beginning her career as “Rookie of the Year” in 1986, she has predominately worked in the residential market but offers commercial experience as well. She provides expert guidance in finding & negotiating the ideal commercial space to lease or purchase. Anne is also one of the leading foreclosure experts in the Midlands area. She holds her CBR, ABR and Real Estate Broker’s License. Anne brings a variety of assets to her clients. In addition to operating with the utmost integrity, she is intimately familiar with the beautiful midlands of South Carolina and all it has to offer. She brings extensive knowledge of the appraisal field through her experience at HUD and education at USC. She has reviewed appraisals for several local lenders in addition to guest “speaking” at USC for two years.
Experience
Experience is apparent in working with Anne as she goes beyond the extra mile for each client. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from USC in 1981 and worked as an Appraisal Assistant and Reviewer from 1983-1985. After obtaining her real estate license in 1985, Anne began a career dressed in multiple awards that include a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club, RE/MAX Executive Club, RE/MAX 100% Club, RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the 1998 Guild Service Award. In 2006, Anne joined Matt Carroll in creating Bagnal and Carroll Real Estate where Anne operated as broker-in-charge. Anne’s attitude shines through in her charitable works, her interaction with clients and below in the company mission statement.
